Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

All orders, especially COD, are confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we can't confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. Parcels can't be opened before payment as per courier policy. If there's an issue, contact us right after delivery and we'll make it right.
