3. Enter your tracking number to see live status.

Order status explained

Status	What it means
Confirmed	We've verified your order by call or WhatsApp.
Processing	Your item is being quality-checked and packed (1–2 working days).
Dispatched	Handed to the courier, and your tracking number is active.
Out for delivery	Arriving today. Please keep your phone on and COD amount ready.
Delivered	Parcel received. Enjoy your leather!

No update or delayed?

If your tracking hasn't changed in 48 hours or your order is past its delivery window, WhatsApp us at 03001114453 with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.
