Before you start, check eligibility

• Item is unused, unworn (apart from trying on) and unwashed
• All original tags, packaging and dust bags are included
• Request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Item is not made-to-measure, personalised or bought on final sale

How to file a return

1. Send your request by WhatsApp to [WHATSAPP NUMBER] or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with:
   • Order number
   • Item name and size
   • Reason: exchange (new size/colour) or refund
   • 2–3 clear photos of the item and its tags
2. Get approval. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return approval and the address to send it to.
3. Ship it back securely packed in its original packaging. Keep your courier receipt.
4. Inspection. Once received, we inspect the item within 2 working days.
5. Exchange or refund. Exchanges are dispatched right away. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Received a faulty or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping.
